Bring uniform, shoes, layers, drink, and food.
Starting at 3:30
Long and triple jump will have one hour and thirty minutes to finish 4 jumps (cafeteria style).
Shot and discus will be flighted - each competitor will have 4 throws (2 and 2) or (1-1-1-1)
